Returns & Refunds Overview

Due to the nature of research products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns regarding product quality or order accuracy.

Contact Within 7 Days

If you have concerns about your order, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photographs.

Conditions for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product was received damaged or in compromised condition.
  • Incorrect product was shipped.
  • Product quality does not match the documented specifications on the Certificate of Analysis.
  • The issue was reported within the specified 7-day window.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact our support team immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or reconstituted products, products stored improperly by the customer, products past their expiration date, and items damaged due to customer handling.
